We are a wall and floor tile retailer which sells associated tiles and ancillary products to customers within the UK. This site has been produced for our clearance and discontinued lines for our United Kingdom customers and we do not sell to customers located overseas via this website. If you are located overseas and wish to place an order please contact us for further information.

Products can either be ordered direct for home delivery or be collected from our store at Stourbridge. After selecting your products from the listings on offer you can proceed to the checkout page. The site uses a secure online payment authorisation service that will process your card details and take a payment from your nominated card provider.

The prices detailed against the various listings we offer for sale are clearly displayed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any excise duties and are VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The additional delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of order and the postcode of the delivery address.
Delivery to our collect in store destination in Stourbridge is free.
We recommend that samples are ordered to see the product before you buy. You can purchase as many samples as you wish to enable you to understand the patterning and colour of the product on the listing. Samples and stock are fulfilled from our central warehouse location and are not necessarily on display in our outlet store.
Collect from Store
When selecting to purchase direct from store please select the click and collect option. This transaction may take up to 72 hours to enable stock to be transferred from our central warehouse to our Stourbridge store. There is no cost for delivery when collecting in store.
It is essential that arrangements are made to take delivery of your products when we deliver the goods in accordance with our stated delivery times for the delivery charge you have paid. If for any reason we are unable to deliver or are delayed in delivering the products you have requested then you may be charged for any additional delivery costs incurred.
It is possible to click and arrange to collect instore at the price advertised on the Tile Shack Direct site. Transfer of stock may take up to 72hrs particularly around weekends, but you will be able to collect at the online price by pre-ordering in advance.
TileShack direct will not under any circumstance entertain any financial costs or demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery.
Every attempt will be made to deliver the tiles within the times indicated at point of ordering. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for extended delivery times which can occur due to traffic and weather conditions outside of our control.
We always recommend that no tradesmen are booked until you have received and checked your goods.
Refunds and Returns in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations
Cancelling your order after you have received the goods
From receiving your goods from an online purchase your customer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge. You need to contact Tile Shack Direct by phone 0333 014 3375 (Local call charges apply) or by email (email@example.com) within fourteen working days of receiving your goods. All we request is a brief explanation on why you wish to cancel the goods. All goods must be returned at buyers expense.
Requesting a replacement or refund
All goods should be checked by the customer on receiving your delivery. It is very important that you check the goods thoroughly and ensure they are correct to those ordered.
No responsibility can be accepted for damaged product, product shortages or incorrect products after two working days of receipt of goods.
The procedure for requesting a replacement or refund can be found on the Tile Shack Direct site on your order status page. Click on ‘Request a replacement or refund’ and complete the drop down menu and comments box before submitting your request. Your request will be addressed within 24 hours (Mon –Fri)
Checks prior to installation
We recommend that the goods are checked for compatibility, shading and sizing prior to commencement of tiling. The various clearance lines on the Tile Shack Direct online site are sourced from a number of different suppliers, so please check compatibility on size and thickness before you buy.
Please check the tiles prior to commencing the fixing to ensure the tiles purchased give an acceptable blend. Shade and pattern variation is an inherent feature of most ceramic tiles and responsibility cannot be accepted after the tiles have been fixed. Once fixing has commenced it is assumed that the tiles have been accepted and no refunds or replacements will be offered.
